Leffler Commodities, LLC. has established a unique arrangement with “Producer Services” (a division of Informa Economics, Inc.) to provide Grain Marketing Advisory to our clients.  Under this arrangement, our staff will work directly with you to develop marketing plans and strategies, utilizing market information and input from Informa Economics.  In addition, you will receive daily commentary from Informa. 

 The Consulting Package includes:

ü    Development of Marketing Plans and Strategies

ü    Price Risk Management

ü    Hedging Strategies

ü    Daily Market and Weather Commentary

ü    Basis and LDP Recommendations

ü    Monitoring of Government Programs and World Events

ü    Personal One-on-One Consulting

Our contract with you is for 12 months and is not tied to a particular crop year or time of year.  During the 12-month period, we will work with you on your old crop inventory, current or expected production, and any production plans for the upcoming crop year.  When you sign up, we do ask that you commit all of your acreage of that crop to our service.  Our fees are based on acreage, with a minimum fee of $4,000 per year.

We will work with you to learn and understand your operation which enables us to make specific recommendations that may fit.  Recommendations will be made one-on-one by phone contact from our staff.  Part of this service includes tracking of your positions with respect to sold/unsold grain, futures, options, forward contracts, etc. for price risk management purposes.

Leffler Commodities operates purely as an advisory service and does not assume power of attorney to execute sales.  You are the final decision-maker.
